Weight Management & Fat loss

Content of Programme

  • Pre arranged Personal Training Sessions
    • 3 per week is suggested for beginners during a phase of initial skills development and habit forming

  • Fortnightly weigh-in

    • This includes body composition analysis so we can smartly track your progress.  Weight never tells the whole story so we will look at your lean tissue in relation to your adipose mass (body fat as a percentage)

  • Weekly nutrition analysis 

    • Making sure responsible eating patterns develop, while keeping eating interesting

  • Unlimited trainer contact 

    • Email contact always available for extra info and support.  Typical response hours are 0900-2100

  • Lifestyle Coaching

    • You’re not spending your whole like in the gym! What about the other 23 hours of the day?  

  • Varied workouts centred around your specific goals

    • We will find out what does and doesn’t make your feel motivated 

  • No Supplementation necessary!

    • If you require supplementation due to medical reasons please consult your doctor.  We will look to achieve your goals through good diet and exercise rather than buying magic pills and powders



If you want to work towards becoming a healthy weight this is the program for you.  I believe if you want a bikini body, pop some swimwear on, because societies’ expectations is not what this program is about.  I will help you achieve a healthy weight by providing a range of supporting services along side your personal training sessions.

Muscle Gain

Before my own training began supplementing my Jujitsu, I used to train exclusively for muscle gain for several years.  Since then I have developed my knowledge to help others achieve the same and train smart while doing it.  We will do away with tired staples of the weights room in favour of purpose driven exercises to get the most out of your potential.

Functional Fitness Development

Content of this training can vary depending on the function desired.

In my experience, training can be focused to supplement dancing, sport or martial arts. However, regaining lost mobility due to injuries or age-related decline is something that can be addressed too.

Distance Advice and Support

For those who may not want face to face training but need to be steered in the right direction, this may be the right fit for you! After an initial consultation, you will have a training plan written in line with your requirements for you to progress with at your own pace. Your Personal Trainer will be available throughout the day if you need any additional help or coaching.
