About Me

My fitness development has led me to become a range of weights and sizes over the past 10 years. In my teens, I loved strength training and looked for muscle gain. Now I focus on developing functional strength to supplement training in combat sports.

Whilst studying for my Psychology BSc, I also qualified as a Personal Trainer, having been a qualified gym instructor for a number of years. With my degree completed, I now have the privilege of passing on knowledge from my studies and a decade of gym experience on to you; thus providing a range of engaging training methods that keep exercise interesting while steering you towards your personal goals.

In my personal life, I am a self defence and martial arts enthusiast and instructor at Kings College Jujitsu club. In the last four years, I have won 4 gold medals in Randori competition. After achieving my brown belt In Jujitsu I took part in a White Collar Boxing fundraiser to raise money for Cancer Research UK. After 8 weeks of training at KO Arches Boxing Gym, I won my first match and raised over £500 for Cancer Research UK. I have since begun training in Thai Boxing and taken a renewed interest in upping my fitness levels.
